Cognite becomes Microsoft Gold Partner
Cognite has been awarded the prestigious Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status by Microsoft. Cognite is a web development company specialising in .Net technology. With competencies in Business Process and Integration, Data Management Solutions and Custom Development Solutions, Cognite offer a full range of software and web development.
A Gold status is awarded to companies that have proven their expertise to Microsoft by passing examinations and surveys and is a status that is only awarded to the most qualified companies.
“Becoming a Microsoft Gold Partner is testament to the efforts everyone at Cognite has achieved for our clients. It not only shows that Microsoft recognizes us as being qualified, it demonstrates that the work we have done in the past has been successful and appreciated by the client. We will continue to build upon our successes for existing and future clients.” says Craig Nottingham, Technical Director of Cognite.
Becoming a Microsoft Gold Partner is something of a challenge. A company has to qualify on multiple levels. First of all developers need to pass exams set by Microsoft. This ensures a certain level of quality in their skills sets. But having the knowledge is not enough. Microsoft also executes a survey among previous and existing clients to show customer satisfaction. Only by passing both levels can a company be considered for the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner award.
